Message from a Student

Hi, I’m Harry and I’m a second year physics student at Jesus. During your first year, roughly half of your modules will be centred on physics and the other half on maths. You will also be able to experience the practical side of physics through mandatory lab practicals/experiments on General Physics, Optics, Electronics, Computing, etc. At the end of your first year, you write five exams (Prelims) which comprise of two physics papers, two mathematics papers, and one optional topic paper of your choice. The tutors at Jesus are extremely helpful, and there are a lot of physics students at Jesus who will also be very eager to help you out whenever you have any questions, so keep an eye out for us in college!
