    Hi! I’m Matilda, a second year historian, and I’m your JCR president for this year. My main jobs include chairing JCR meetings, representing the JCR student body in meetings with college, and helping the committee to make sure everything is running smoothly. This includes taking any of your ideas or suggestions and liaising with college and the wider committee to make sure that everyone’s voices can be heard. Please feel free to ask me any (big or small) questions about the JCR - either email or say hi if you see me around college!

    VP/TREASURER

    Hey! I’m Navi, a second year Maths & CS student and I’m your VP/Treasurer. My role is split into two main parts. As Vice-President, I work with Matilda to keep the JCR running smoothly and help maintain a strong relationship between us and college. As Treasurer, I’m responsible for managing the JCR budget - which includes allocating funds to reps, handling motions and overseeing other financial matters. Additionally, I represent the JCR in discussions with college on things like rent and JCR funding. If you have any questions on how to obtain JCR funding, how to get involved in the JCR, or anything else - feel free to ask me anytime!

    Hi! I’m Alex, a second year doing history. I’ll be the secretary for the year, meaning I’ll be the one sending out emails to you all once a week, writing minutes in meetings, and keeping the JCR clean and tidy. Please email me any motions, questions, suggestions and more!

    Hey we are Carys (she/her, 2nd year Biologist) and Alex (he/him, 2nd year psychologist/linguist) and we are your JCR welfare reps! We will be organising events ranging from weekly yoga to a snack filled tea, along with being available to provide general support when it’s needed. Ultimately, my role is to represent YOU and all your concerns, regarding any issues related to your accommodation, catering and conferencing.     Hi, I'm Eoin, a second-year classicist and your JCR charities rep. My job is to help promote and support the charitable causes the JCR cares about and to raise awareness in the college, so feel free to ask me any questions you might have about charity within the college. I'll also be organising fundraising events, e.g. Scavenger Hunt and Sports Day. Please let me know if you would like support with any fundraising you're doing yourself as I am happy to help!

    Hi, we are India (she/her, 2nd year Geography ) and Meg (she/her, 2nd year Geography), and we’re your Environment & Ethics reps! We aim to make Jesus as environmentally-friendly and ethically-conscious as possible. Communication and transparency is important to us, so we will keep you informed about our initiatives and welcome your input every step of the way.

    We are excited for the year ahead as we have many plans including clothing swaps, Green Action Week, and environmental and ethical-based workshops. we hope to host engaging and fun events, whilst keeping sustainability and ethics as the main focus.     Hi! I'm Eric, a second-year mathematician and I'll be your IT rep this year. My main job will be to try help sort out your issues with IT (usually printer, eduroam, or intranet issues). I'll also make sure our wonderful JCR website is kept up-to-date, the Wii in the JCR have batteries (and games if you have specific requests), and most importantly ensuring next years elections are held fairly. So if you have any issues with IT, come find me in periodicals or shoot me an email!

    Hi! I’m Advay, a second year engineer, and your sports rep this year. I’m responsible for organising and coordinating the annual Jesus-Jesus varsity with our sister College in Cambridge, and promoting involvement with sports more generally at Jesus.

    Hi, I’m George, a second-year modern languages student at Jesus, and the arts' rep for this year. My focus will be on organising occasional arts events in Jesus, accommodating everyone that wants to take part and encouraging creativity within college. You can expect a film night and more! I'll also work with Lincoln with the organisation of the Turl Street Arts Festival. Watch out for termly emails which will promote all sorts of arts events around Oxford, as well as news about the Arts festival taking place Hilary 2026!

    Hi! I’m Emily and I’m a second year history student from a state school background in Cardiff, Wales. My role as Access Rep is to make college as accessible as possible. This includes representing the interests of the JCR with regards to the college access team, working with access fellows to produce and distribute material to assist applications, and overall representing the concerns of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
